"It would have been good, if it had ended the way the book ended. I suppose they thought their new ending improved the story, but it really did not enhance the beauty of the plot or support its themes. If you have read the book don't watch this version; it will depress and anger you. If you have not read the book, don't watch this version, it will just depress you."
