Summary:

Everybody Loves Raymond revolves around Ray Barone, a successful sportswriter living on Long Island with his wife, Debra, 12-year-old daughter, Ally, and 8-year-old twin sons, Geoffrey and Michael. That's the good news. The bad news Ray's meddling parents, Frank and Marie, live directly across the street and embrace the motto "Su casa es mi casa," infiltrating their son's home to an extent unparalleled in television history. Frank's favorite expression, "Holy Crap," is shouted at regular intervals, and Marie's "cooking advice" is less than appreciated by Debra. Brother Robert, a divorced policeman, is constantly moving in and out of his parents' house, and loves to drop over and resent Ray's successful career and happy family life. Ray and Debra just wish someone would knock once in a while. Finalizing it's 9th and final season, the cast and crew of "ELR" has had a very successful run, and it makes it even harder for them all to say good-bye. This show has a place in television history that we will never forget.

Worth Every Penny!

"I love Ray & Debra and their quirky family! I watch every rerun on every channel I can catch it on! This set has every single episode including the Pilot and Finale...There's even a copy of the finale script as a little book with every writers signature on it including Ray Romano's! Although it is just a copy, not actual signatures, but the joy of having it feels the same to me! I have been looking for this for some time and originally saw it at an electronics store for $250. I was not willing to pay that price at the time, so I asked for it as a gift from my husband & boys. My husband told me whenever I saw it at a price I was willing to pay to just go ahead and buy it (he's not a shopper). I did finally purchase it from Barnes & Noble online for under $150 with sales tax and I am glad I did...this series was worth it...and honestly, this is the only one that I own...I haven't thought of purchasing any other TV series but this one!"

Love the show, hate the product

I was so excited to get this for myself, a holiday steal, 53% off. I can tell you I would have been irate if I had paid full price for this. Everybody Loves Raymond as a show is intelligent and stupid all at the same kind, just the kind of show I like. Unfortunately, probably 75% of the discs that came in this package had residue of colored film from the edges of the packaging it came in. If I knew I had to buy a bottle of Goo Gone and meticulously cleaned most of the discs from all seven seasons, risking ruining them for good, I might have changed my mind.

Brilliant!!

I live in England and Pre Ordered the item when it was around $200 which is around �100, by the time it was released it was only $150 which is �75. I saved �25. This is a must buy if you don't already own all the seasons and are a fan of the show. The delivery was so fast as well because i live in England the Estimated Arrival Date was 14th - 19th of November but it arrived on the 6th!

Best serie ever!!

"This season is really funny. Two great episodes are "Driving Frank", where Frank accidently backs his car into Robert's squad car, and has to take a driver's test, because he has road rage, and refuses to get his license renewed. Another funny one is "Getting Even", where Debra vows to get even with Ray, because he messed up while being the speaker at an auction. Frank accidently wins a canoe trip, and when he and Marie go on the trip, Marie gets into the canoe, and Frank pushes it away, and he takes the paddle, and picnic basket, leaving Marie to float away."
